Why an alternative android market ?

As you should know, this is the blog of an Android alternative market project. But why did we get this idea ?
All started by this petition adressed to google, that made me realised the Android Market had lots of defects. So I contacted a friend, and we decided to provide a real alternative to the Android Market, with many more features, such as paypal support.
